Well, i couldnt continue the thread becoz Amma yelled n called me .. All hell breaking loose near my home .. The flat building under (almost 90% construction complete) construction at the back is- in addition to lighting illegal fires in the evening-has, last 2 days doing 5 times

Amma n i are going thru breathing hell. They just burnt big time at 2.30 pm. 3 watchmen being kept in fully finished building with Air conditiiner attached - burning illegal fires now 5 times a day allegedly for cooking.

I hv been on the ph with police who hv not solved it at all.

I need to go, get tht done n come back ..

Amma n i are not even able to be inside at home in air-conditioning. Smoke dampening inside air.

I am seriously thinking of moving the SC - CJI's office asking for compensation n alternate accomodn. Cant ask HC coz there is no way to submit email petition AND THEY HAVE A GRAND RULE THAT PETITIONERS IN PERSON CANNOT ENTER COURT ANYMORE UNLESS A PANEL PERUSES, & UNCONDITIONL

UNDERTAKING IS GIVEN THAT - IF I WANT CASE HEARD - I WILL ACCEPT WHATEVER & WHOEVER THEY THRUST ON ME.
