A @City_Ekurhuleni metro cop and @SAPoliceService member stopped a truck driver on the East Rand. They wanted to arrest him although he had a permit. The owner arrived. He was also threatened. The cops demanded a bribe of R1500 which was paid. Criminal charges opened. VIDEO 1/4
