Anyone who thinks just bringing 18 foreign volunteers to assist will solve our health problems, systemic corruption and ineptitude, infrastructure challenges was probably born yesterday.

You say the Volunteers will be sponsored by the Chinese Govt/ CCECC..

Just watch and see the kingly/queenly treatment they'd receive, then look at the Nigerian Doctor.
