When you complete a decade as a marketer. You hit the no man's land. While you have worked your back off to get where you are. You don't necessarily know what to do next.
It's the bridge between moving to the next level where you lead a team or staying where you are to prepare for the next level. Learning helps, but what it is also needed is the tacit knowledge of how people and organizations work. After all, the world works on perceived value.
Most folks fail when it comes to later. It really feels stupid that people who are good at what they do. Don't move to the next level because others don't perceive them the right way. But that's how things work. The world is unfair.
