this is what i've been saying abt the wild__life situation for years: regardless of whether or not she's changed, she needs to take responsibility & that means, if she still feels urges, she needs to stop engaging w media/ppl/situations that could encourage those urges.

that's it. that's step zero. that's like. the most basic, obvious thing for someone struggling with a paraphilia to do. & then you seek therapy.
unless you're not struggling with it & you're just covering it up & ignoring it... & that does not work.
