Why aren't we talking about WHO is really at risk here? And WHERE they are at risk? Because "social distancing" and lockdowns are an incredibly inefficient way to protect nursing homes and senior centers and hospitals.
Not only that, they probably aren't the best way; the best way would be to have fever checks and masks for staff, strictly prescribed visitor lists, and immediate testing for any resident who became ill.
Maybe if we spent less time trying to frighten people who are very, very low risk of dying from #COVID19 we could spend more time thinking about how to protect those who are at HIGH risk, and then protecting them.
