Hearing about these cases is hard.

People who have the virus that causes #COVID19 are most infectious early on when they might have very mild symptoms, if any at all.
They might go to work, the store, take care of an elder with a runny nose, a mild cough, a few aches and then a few days later get worse, and by then, they have exposed many and off the outbreak goes.
There is no blame, only education. Everyone, no matter how you feel - PLEASE STAY HOME and AWAY FROM OTHERS unless absolutely essential.

If you must go out please always wear a face covering.
Do not go anywhere, including to the store, to your job (even if you are an essential worker) if you are feeling feverishness (or have a fever), have a new cough, shortness of breath, chills, diarrhea, fatigue, headache, muscle/joint aches, nausea/vomiting, sore throat
It might just feel like a little cold, but chances are you have never had #COVID19 before so you would not know what it feels like - so STAY AT HOME.

#Alaska, we are not immune. We are all essential. Cases are growing. We must #FlattenTheCurve.
