Once again we are reminded why Christian music today is not neutral. It’s not secondary or really even about lyrics (primarily).

This is about source and support.

When you use their music, you pay for this garbage to pound the airwaves and for them to thrive in their efforts.

Meanwhile, yes, we sing, clap, shout safely enjoying the music in our American churches (it feels so good!) while we (mostly) unknowingly fund heresy.

Theological teams for lyrical discernment is good, but a total abandonment of heretical sources would cut off their support.

In short, you’re funding abuse, lies, pain, scams, deception, heresy, hell-bound ministries, & anti-Jesus leaders.

Might as well cut a check to planned parenthood while you’re at it.

Can we not write our own? Do we not possess the talents, gifts, people, money, producers, and resources to make incredible music from reliable sources?

Why do we need to insist on @air1radio top hits? Why are all the best songs (mostly) written/produced by false teachers?

May the COVID-19 pandemic expose the powerless & deceitful ministries of @bethelmusic, @ToddWhiteLC, @PastorChrisLove, @CopelandNetwork, & others who tout miracle-working in power. May people wake up to truth, & abandon their music and ministries.

And encounter the REAL Jesus!!
