Rs oppose vote by mail not bc they worry about fraud—THEY are the ones who engaged in absentee ballot fraud—-but rather bc they apparently have bigger plans to suppress votes w/ crappy insecure touchscreen voting machines, electronic pollbooks, & closed polling stations. 2/
