2/2... I had 2 exact “visits” like this on Friday. This is before my overhead. @jkenney states I’m seeing fewer patients as walk-ins. I DO NOT have the resources to run a business doing palliative and geriatric care as a family doc. Other provinces give me this. #ABdocs4patients

The above tweets are because I can’t stand being told we aren’t being cut, so cold hard numbers are needed. Boils down to not having resources to provide best care for patients. How does one run a clinic w/nurses, staff? Or should I practice 10min medicine? I HATE talking money.

The only Alternative Relationship I’ll look at is a relationship with another govt. If they don’t value contracts, I’m not signing one.
