The day Izuku went to his new home, his alpha hadn’t even come to retrieve him. His driver, another alpha named Kirishima who was all smiles, opened up his car door and waited patiently as he said goodbye to all his friends and only family he’s ever https://twitter.com/bnhayoibitt/status/1242834247465029633
Known. He was quiet for the first half of the drive, looking out the window at the scenery as it all went by.

He finally drew up the courage to ask.

“Why hadn’t he come for me himself?”

Kirishima looked in his rear view mirror before a smile formed on his face.
“Trust me, he wanted to be the only one to come get you, but there was an incident that he had to see too... and he wanted to make sure the place was properly prepared for you when you arrived.”

Izuku nodded, his eyes never leaving the window as he sighed heavily.

“So why did
He send you then?”

Kirishima let out a loud laugh as he took a right onto a highway towards the next town.

“Well, I’m his driver, so I was really the only choice. And I’m also his best friend, so I was one of the few he really trusts in sending.”

“If you’re his best friend,
Why are you driving him around?”

His snort catches Izuku off guard and he pulls his eyes away from the other cars speeding around them.

“Cause to be honest, and don’t let him know I told you this, he can’t drive.”

Izuku’s mouth opened in a slight gasp, before he let out a
Small chuckle at that.

His alpha can’t drive, so he has his best friend drive in around.

Interesting.

“I also was lost on what I wanted to do with my life, and Bakubro offered me this position to get me on my feet. I have a lot to thank him for. He also helps me promote my
Own fitness business... so this is the least I can do.”

Izuku nods along, “so, then, what does Mr. Bakugou so then for a living? It seems he has quite a bit of money, if what I’m being told is anything to go off of.”

Kirishima smiled back at him from the rear view mirror.
“I’ll tell you if you promise to NEVER call him Mr. Bakugou again. Whatever you do, don’t call him that, especially to his face.” Kirishima laughed then. “That’s all his dad - his dam. He gained a lot of his money by modeling for his parents’ fashion company. I’m surprised you
Have never heard of him before. He still models on the side, but he’s also a really big physical trainer in his town, and does lower level boxing matches as a hobby. The guy is busy, really busy.”

Izuku sighed then, looking down and rubbing over his scars on his fingers.
“Then... why an omega now? Especially if he’s so busy..?”

“Ah - because he’s ready to start settling down - slowing down more like. Focus more on himself and not what he’s doing for everyone else around him. He’s always been career driven, so he was ready to find that person to
Take that next step with.”

When Izuku didn’t answer for a minute, Kirishima continued.

“And you’re that person Izuku. I’ve never seen him... so affected by one person before.”

“I don’t know why... there’s so much wrong with me.”
Kirishima sighed as he moved the car off the highway.

“Gotta work on your confidence man! Where’s that many passion I saw back in the House!”

Izuku looked up to meet his eyes then. “Sorry... just a little nervous.”

“That’s understandable. But look up, where almost there.”
Izuku peered out the front window of the car then, and his eyes settled on the tall skyscrapers of the city. His eyes followed all the lights, the signs, the billboards, the honking drivers and all the people moving about.

He had never been in the heavy city before - always on
The outskirts - he could recall one memory of his sire taking him out for a business trip in the city - but he had been so young then.

He likes to block those memories out anyway.

When Kirishima pulled up to a Skyscraper’s underground parking garage, the gate was closed and
He had to sign in and get checked by a security guard. The man, a lanky fellow with dark hard and large smile introduced himself as Sero and waved them on.

“Sero is the main security detail for this complex. If you ever need anything, and I mean anything - you can always call
Him if Bakubro or myself are not here to help you.”

Izuku nodded, his heart hammering in his chest as Kirishima pulled into a parking space near many other fancy looking cars.

“Don’t worry - none of these are his. Why use does he have for cars when he can’t drive them?”
Izuku stepped out as Kirishima held the door open. He then moved to grab his luggage from the back, but Kirishima just shook his head and took it for him. He only carried his backpack on his back.

“Let’s head up shall we? I always notified Bakubro that we had arrived, so he
Will be expecting us.”

Izuku followed behind him, and as they got into the elevator, he noticed that Kirishima had to swipe a card and then hit the very top button.

‘You’ve got to be kidding me... how rich is this guy?!’ Izuku thought in his head as he watched the numbers go
By.

“Now remember what I said - don’t call him Mr. Bakugou. He’ll hate that and it’ll probably cause him to yell since he’s also pretty nervous right now - which he won’t ever admit. So either call him Katsuki, or whatever nickname you can come up with.”

Izuku heard the ding
Of the elevator before he could respond, and he hurried off and Kirishima walked ahead of him. They walked down the hallway, several nice looking doors they passed along the way. The decor was beautifully done and elegant, and Izuku’s heavy breathing was increasing by each step.
“You ready?” Kirishima looked back at him as he fit a key into the door and held the knob.

“Not really... but sure, let’s just do this.”

Kirishima gave him a small reassuring smile before he opened up the door and let Izuku enter first.

Izuku took only two steps inside
Before his breath was taken away.

The city skyline... he could see everything from the floor to ceiling windows. He started moving forward to see it better, before a deep cough caught his attention, and his eyes met piercing red.

His breath was stolen from him once again.
Standing before him in just simple black sweatpants and a long sleeved T-shirt was supposed model, fitness guru, boxing hero, and prime male alpha himself, Katsuki Bakugou.

His new mate.

Izuku’s heart rate spiked as they just stood there staring at one another before Katsuki
Moved to step closer. “Hi, Midoriya...? Welcome home? I guess?” He rubbed the back of his head, a blush flooding his cheeks. “I’m shit at this.”

Izuku could only nod, a small, uneasy smile forming on his lips. “Ye-Yeah. Hi. Uh... you can call me Izuku. That’s only normal right?
Right, Kat- Kats-Kacchan?”

Izuku eeped And covered his mouth as the very childish nickname came from his mouth. Katsuki could only stare at him before his cheeks flushed even more.

“What did you just call me?”

Izuku waved his hands in front of him. “I’m so, so, so sorry! I-
I didn’t mean to! It just came out and I-“

“Hey woah, shut up for a second. It’s fucking fine. You can call me, whatever the hell you said - Kacchan? That’s fine, it’s, it’s well cute. Just surprised I got a nickname right off the bat is all.” Katsuki smirked then, and Izuku
Could only nod in reply.

They stood their awkwardly for another few minutes before Katsuki reached out his hand. “Here, let me take that bag and I can show you around. Follow me.”

Izuku shrugged off his old torn backpack and followed behind Katsuki.
