Safeguards for @zoom_us #radiology meetings-
1. Passwords for all conferences that change on a regular basis.
2. Enable “Waiting Room” function that allows attendee vetting & allows only approved/registered/known invitees.
3. Also kick out unruly attendees back to waiting room.
3. Mute all attendees at start of meeting
Lock room 5-7 minutes after start of the meeting.
4. Request invitees not to forward invite and direct any new invitee requests to organizer to vet & approve before adding to invitee email list.
5. Revisit ur email invite lists often to make sure any redundant or expired emails are removed at regular intervals.
6. Consider alternative solutions @Jitsi or @Microsoft Teams
