(*this time) REDID EVERYTHING! The base didn& #39;t turn out--the eggs didn& #39;t temper properly and scrambled, so I just repeated the crème pâtissière. By then my egg whites deflated slightly, but they were still okay. Way better than last time so far...just have to wait...
