👇 Here’s my biggest hitting % 📉

They happen. Key is to minimise them & remain patient. Something I’ll be doing W/ all 4 of these in particular. Some of my highest % holds were loses for some time 👇 #FootballIndex https://twitter.com/figuide/status/1246861285830131714
Some a result of buying to FOMO (Zirkee), others: falling for twitter hype (Golovin), and ones my own poor entry strategy (Carvajal & Bowen). I am remaining patient with all of these and have topped up on two.
These two are unique, Grifo; again twitter hype for IPDs (something I don’t usually trade) but due to Freiburgs “amazing” ipd run in the new year. Got left holding. (It happens)

Tielemans: thought he had reached bottom price w/euors coming up. (Another one, I simply got wrong)
A HUGE part of minimising the effect of these losses is PATIENCE. Two examples below👇 #FootballIndex #FICommunity
Ihattaren purchased at the start of Oct. Was at loss the exact day after I bought him for quite some time, THINKING I purchased @ peak price. The area in below until the end of Nov when starts coming into positive cap app = Patience.

Now hold at 14% profit
Exact same storry with Sarr. Bought at Rennes and held after a slow start to the premier league. Dropped considerably, until the end of November. Now at 50%+ , (one stage at 70%+) #FootballIndex
Now exceptions do occur. I’ve sold at losses before: Hazard (Dividend Yeild had it significantly covered and was prepared for that)

These two cases below both young, entire careers ahead. Even if I didn’t want them in my port after seeing a loss, they’re going to catch a rise.
Everyone has different strategies, but patience is a huge part of mine. I know many will scream “oPPorTunItY C0$t” at me with this thread.

And it’s a valid point, but to me, a very “IF you done this/that” argument. One can’t measure or predict it for everyone. #FootballIndex
