Going on a 3 am rant here but um bitch the most tragic thing in the world is when there’s love but it’s not enough? People hear the word love and think of this idealized, romanticized idea of “unconditional love” which probably doesn’t exist?-
Like yo- even ur family prolly hates ur gut bro cause u keep the toilet seat up, or gets annoyed at u CAROLE cause u just don’t stop asking questions during movies fa a7a ya3nii msh hayeegii 7ad 3’areeb and suddenly the rules change although it could come pretty close-
But this idea of unreserved love creates unrealistic and crazy!! expectations that when we meet someone and fall super hard but then realize oh shit they don’t like the way I dress maybe I should..change? Tab a7a that didn’t work so it goes to shit and life kinda comes to a halt-
you sit wondering how you even got here a7a ezay e7na kona 7aga and now it’s just.. nothing? Was it me? howa ana el kont 3’alat walla e7na kona bas msh naf3een? And it’s a fucking cycle all because of that stupid expectation you had that someone would “love” you no matter what-

And u know what it’s fucking 2020 everything is going to shit we grown might as well be honest with our feelings and actually say when we’re not okay?? And it has nothing to do with covid-19?? You can be as heartbroken and sad and disappointed and fucking nostalgic as ever honey-

It doesn’t have to be unconditional it doesn’t have to be “magical” it has to be effortless and light it has to help you grow not bring u down or hinder ur progress. it doesn’t leave you self-doubting and aching it inspires you and brings out your true, unfiltered, authentic self
