"Studies show that men's testosterone levels have been declining for decades. The most prominent, a 2007 study in Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism , revealed a “substantial” drop in U.S. men's testosterone levels since the 1980s, with average levels declining by 1% PER YEAR.
Found this really interesting and wanted to share here with my community. The article goes on to document SOME outside "factors" that are causing this such as, "decreased physical activity and increased BMI".

Health becomes an issue when your HORMONES are getting out of wack.
What's REALLY alarming about this study to me is the fact that the most recent study was done in 2007.. now with the emergence of social media, video games, more people working from desks and even less physical activity I can only imagine how LOW men's test levels are in 2020.
I cannot express how important hormonal health is as a man OR woman. It's CRITICAL that during this QUARANTINE you're getting sunlight, plenty of water, and EXERCISE.

Valorant is dropping tomorrow.. DON'T JUST SIT FOR 12 HOURS cranking 90s and slamming gfuel. EXERCISE TOO.
