1. My first non educational game that I actually remember is Banjo Kazooie and it's still one of my favorites

2. Realizing that my gaming history doesn't have a ton of super character driven games! So I will say my boy Solaire, although Edelgard and HK-47 !)@[ come to mind

3. Homeworld is a classic of real time strategy, of video game storytelling and of science fiction

4. I'm not even really sure what this would be honestly

5. I strongly identify with Linhardt in Fire Emblem 3 houses, the beautiful sleepy boy

6. Every iteration of Patches in a souls game is evil and I will destroy them

7. Hard to pick just one

But honestly, maybe I can pick just one - Shadow of the Colossus

-killing your mama in Undertale
-the cannery scene in What Remains of Edith Finch

10. Bloodborne.

11. Still a PC boy though I love my switch and PS4 and will always love my past n64 and PS2

21. There are lots of different kinds of good game stories. Shadow of the Colossus, the Witcher 3, Papers Please, Undertale, What Remains of Edith Finch, and Journey all come to mind.

22. Black and White 2 is an absolutely depressingly weak follow up to Black and White, which had a totally unique feel and atmosphere. Homeworld 2 is the same kind of failing.

23. I'm a broken record but the shadow of the colossus remake is stunning, the look of Bloodborne is peerless. Journey is probably the winner for me though, followed closely by Ori and the blind Forest.

24. Alpha Centauri is still the best Civilization game

26. I know it feels like I know like six video games but the Witcher 3 is really good ok

29. Not a ton of picks for this because, I dunno I guess I don't really buy games I don't expect to like? I guess I'll say Dark Souls 2 because that game is unfairly maligned and it owns

30. My answer on this changes basically all the time but my all time favorites are probably pretty obvious from this thread. The Witcher 3, Black and White, Banjo Kazooie, Shadow of the Colossus, Homeworld. Number one though, probably still Dark Souls.
