So...it seems like most teachers have this situation where anywhere from 50% - 70% of their students are doing the distance assignments they are posting. (This is not my situation, but I'm at a weird school.)

Literally, what is the plan for the kids who aren't doing stuff?
What are the options?

1. Repeat the grade (terrible idea)
2. Repeat the material (what about the kids who are doing work now)
3. Require make up classes (sounds like a mess)
4. Require summer school (everyone will love that)
5. Just ignore the missed material and hope for best

I don't know the answer. I think we should remember that there is a very real chance that school in the fall is disrupted for several weeks by a second wave of infections.
