The police report that was sent to us earlier was previously shared by Radar Online; however, they left out key points. We will be sharing the key points below. Some names in our highlights of the report will be just their initials to protect their privacy.

1. The girl who filed the report (Ashley, or “AJ” in the report) admits that she lied about her age. Everyone “knew” she was “18” and was going to celebrate “her 19th birthday”.

2. Ashley, in her own words, said she “would have handled things differently had Nick not had a girlfriend on the property at the time”.

3. Detectives and ADA, in rare notes, described Ashley as “any reasonable person would conclude that she looks over 18”.

4. Detectives and the ADA note that Ashley was, in fact, guilty of a crime herself and could be charged with misleading and lying about her age.

5. Ashley, in one interview, states she was a “virgin” and that Nick Carter was the only person she has ever had sex with. Then two sentences later, she admits to having sex with #AaronCarter, “S”, and other guys on the property in a consensual “Gang Bang”.

6. Ashley allegedly attempted to sell a story about her time on the property but was denied.

7. K.H. stated that A.J. (Ashley) always wanted all of the attention all of the time and was jealous of any other girls that may have been around. When Ashley didn’t get the attention she wanted, she then told K.H. that #AaronCarter and Nick had “raped her”.

8. AJ (Ashley) told detectives that she believed Nick also raped another girl that was underage, meaning she told detectives another made up lie. Another girl “NV” testified that was in fact FALSE & that Ashley made that up to hurt Nick. Showing her intent & willingness to lie.

9. Given #AaronCarter’s statements on the police report & his statements on videos, he is a proven liar. He has said recently he “watched Nick Rape Ashley on his boat”, which is a stark contrast from what he told a detective.

10. #AaronCarter makes it appear that he knew Nick slept with Ashley because he said that“Nick TOLD HIM”.

11. Ashley has NO CASE. Criminally, she cannot file. There is no loop hole in her statutes. She simply would be charged with a crime herself if she tried.

12. Ashley has also has NO CIVIL CASE. She; herself, is a proven liar. She was dishonest and distorted the truth to fit her narrative. Over 10 witnesses would be willing to come forward to testify in court against her.

13. This is another attempt of malicious prosecution by third party of #AaronCarter. Using Ashley, #JerrySchuman, #MelissaSchuman & anyone else he can to circumvent justice being served to Aaron himself. These ppl will say ANYTHING to harass Nick & Angel Carter & their families.

Overall, it is VERY IMPORTANT to note that Ashley ALSO accused #AaronCarter of rape, and #JerrySchuman & #MelissaSchuman continue to defend him. So which is it? Is Ashley telling the truth or is she not since Aaron was accused by the same person who accused his brother?
