1. Here’s some recurring thoughts I have decided to regurgitate.
A lot of people seem amazed that Trumps followers stick by him when it’s obvious he’s lying, being deceitful, etc. I have some thoughts on that subject…Not that anybody gives a shit. I figured I’d tweet about it.
2. He touches nerves that a lot of people are sensitive to. The first, greed.
his promises of over the top success, financial gain for everybody, etc. tickles that spot in all of us that want to be wealthy immediately. Then, he likes to say that he’s the only one who can deliver.
8. Also, he’s propping himself up in every way possible because, he and “his people“ are feeling it, riding high, egotistical, boisterous about how well things are going with all of the “we told you so’s“ a person could muster. “High risk, high reward“ is paying off like a mother!
27. Are we really being taken on a joy ride in a stolen car while our house is being robbed? That’s what it feels like to me.
Meanwhile, the guy driving the car keeps bragging about how fast we are going... as we head towards a cement barrier.
3. Intellectually, the majority of people who hear that stuff knows that when it sounds too good to be true, it’s usually too good to be true. However, it can be a hard thing to resist. So, they jump on board to give it a shot. Usually, that’s when the trouble really starts.
5. We don’t need to go into great detail, we know…reduce regulations, humongous tax breaks for super wealthy, cutting social services, etc. Meanwhile, anybody who is truthful would admit that Trump benefits more than 99% of us with all of those things. But hey, it’s “their guy.“
7. What does that mean? Basically, he has everything to gain and not a damn thing to lose. Meanwhile, when everything is flying high, that spot deep inside all of us that is tickled by riches,we love that shit!We aren’t as concerned with consequences because…Money and “our guy!”
6. Trump is simply using one of the oldest trick in the book… High risk, high reward.
With “high-risk” also comes greater consequences. However, those consequences probably don’t apply very much when you’re the actual president.
so, in essence, he’s playing with house money
4. Trump does all the things that ANY president throughout history could have done while getting the same results. However, a lot of his followers want to give him credit instead of asking, “I wonder why nobody else has done this?“
When they take a step back, they know why.
