The Supreme Court is tossing out thousands of votes on what it calls narrow, technical grounds, claiming that voters in the middle of a pandmeic are not unusually impacted. The best way to weight the Supreme Court opinion that voters during a pandemic are not “in a substantially different position from late-requesting voters in other Wisconsin elections" is the fact the Supreme Court has suspended oral arguments.

The WI Supreme Court that green-lit in-person voting tomorrow is also closed for business due to Covid-19.
