I'm sure families in Britain would like to do this too, but so long as supermarkets are limiting every shopper to a very few of each type of item people will be forced to go out far more frequently and large families have to send everyone individually.

British supermarkets need to get this sorted. The more trips anyone has to make to the shop to get enough food for the family, or the more individuals a family has to send, the greater the chance of acquiring infection. People need to be allowed to take more food home per trip.
