People are being ticketed in my county for looking at the ocean from inside their cars and food banks are straining to feed the unemployed. Can anyone explain to me why healthy people under the age of 45 shouldn't be allowed to work as long as everyone else "shelters in place"?
The risk of hospitalization for this age group from COVID-19 is about 2% and the risk of death is "near zero." I understand this will add strain to the health system but it may alleviate tremendous strain workers are facing, but I'm open to being corrected https://www.usnews.com/news/health-news/articles/2020-03-30/odds-of-hospitalization-death-with-covid-19-rise-steadily-with-age-study
