Trump continues to falsely say that he inherited old bad tests for covid. Those tests could not have existed until this year when the virus sprouted. (He angrily called his female questioner "horrid," as well.)
He also dismissed the idea of a big federal role in testing of American patients, saying the govt shouldn't stand on a street corner testing. But he said he'd activated a big response to help out British PM Boris Johnson.
Repeating the old (false) line that he was told by a military general that the U.S. was all out of ammunition.
