CW: alcohol

If you’ve been drinking lately, ask yourself if it’s more than usual. Ask yourself if you feel like you need a drink at night to relax or calm down. Try and take a break from drinking and see if it’s more difficult than you expect/want.
I understand these are stressful times, but keeping aware of your alcohol consumption. Something that starts as a nice nighttime routine can quickly turn into a nasty habit or addiction.
I’m not saying don’t drink! Just to be aware when you are. Be mindful and moderate with it.
(I imagine this might be hard to hear if you’re in infosec or tech cuz for whatever reason y’all seem to glorify whiskey and microbreweries, but I’m only stan for healthy communities.)
