Guys i know that with quarantine and not being able to do day to day stuff we might get lost in our own thoughts more often and i for one know how toxic that can be for our mental health. Just know that one day this whole situation will get better and everything’s gonna get back-
-to normal, I’ve been having anxiety lately because of how much this is affecting my life. I just turned 18 in February and had so many plans. My grades may go downhill and I don’t know if I’ll even get into college and my summer plans have come to a halt. Its fucking me up.
we need to get good use out of all of this free time. We need to pick up hobbies or do things that make us feel better and become healthier people inside and out. I know how much anxiety sucks and how much depression affects our will to do anything but we need to push through!
And also, being sad over little things is okay! Its valid! It isn’t shallow!! We just need to get over it and move on
