ok so this is my attempt and answering to @pxielove‘s morality argument: we can treat reality as if it were objective bc we have general assumptions that the vast majority of society agrees on. eg we generally all agree that the moon exists/it‘s not controversial, etc.
but we can‘t apply that same logic to all of ethics. sure we do largely as society agree on specific applied ethics like "murder/rape is wrong".
but we by no means universally agree on metaethics. to assert that utilitarianism for example is objectively true would be in conflict with a non negligible part of society.
also @bath_boi has proven to be an arrogant dick. you don‘t need a philosophy degree to do philosophy, lol.
