Just got off the phone with Apple Support, who told me that there is no replacement program for the display coating issue (AKA delamination) and that I'd have to pay $500 for this 2 year old MacBook to have the display replaced. I'm literally a thousand percent sure that's wrong
I've never paid for a repair from Apple. Not once. Don't plan on it
