I kid you not, one person said that she has a student who's sick with Covid and chose to write the second paper anyway, as proof that her students want to work, and so we need to uphold grades & ranking

all the people on here defending grades & meritocratic ranking are making the same arguments that conservatives & centrist liberals make against universal health care

so disgusted by this meeting, but major props to the Yale student president and several faculty who have spoken eloquently in favor of Universal P/F
