“Tokyo Ghoul: re” is shit.

I keep seeing it in people’s recommendations to each other so I want to reiterate that fact.

In this thread I’m going to regurgitate the few key moments that actually touched me in this anime, which ironically happen in the same episode - the last one of the penultimate season.

The other ironic fact is that all 2/3 moments centre around relatively minor characters if you look at the bigger, shitter picture that this show paints over time. Anyway lemme begin

Moment 1: Shirazu’s Last Fight/Death

This nigga was working with a peashooter for the majority of his screen time and magically had a plus ultra moment when everyone was about to get wiped out. Doesn’t work that way mate. Bye

Moment 1 continued:

Moment 2: Karren von Rosewald’s death

Umm turns out Tsukishima clocked she was posing as a man, which seems obvious when you realise he was her long-term employer of several years. Having her romantic feelings finally acknowledged in ....
