Just had a sad thought: A lost 2020 season would probably close the door on Miguel Cabrera's chances of getting to 500 homers (477 currently) or 3,000 hits (2,815) for good.
Some other milestones at risk if we lose a season: Justin Verlander, 250 wins (225 currently; Edwin Encarnacion and Nelson Cruz, 500 HR (414 and 401), Nick Markakis, 3000 hits (2,355), Max Scherzer, 200 wins (175).

Also, whatever chances Pujols had of getting to No. 2 in runs.
Someone sent us an email asking for potential career milestones or Hall of Fame candidacies that could be hurt by a totally lost season. It's a hard question to answer, especially for HoF, but I could see someone viewing Greinke as borderline-ish.
