my idea for a cookbook called freelance salad that is just people working from home telling you the very best salad they know how to throw together doesn't seem so dumb now

for what it's worth today's salad:
kale (from my @misfitsmarket box)
dried cranberries
slivered almonds
avocado
whole-milk feta
pickled beets
pickled carrots
homemade balsamic with hot mustard
