If someone is interested in etymology... The Swedish word for it is "kåsa" and it comes from Middle Low German "kauwese". In Lithuanian it is "Kauszas". Howevere the naughty word for male genitals in Swedish is "kuk" which is why we don't use the Finns "kuksa"...
