The #DemPrimary2020 has narrowed to a two-person race and seems near its end. Many voters -- including me -- are feeling hurt and discouraged by the outcome. But I’ll fight to deliver the #youthvote for the Dem candidate no matter who it is. A story about me & politics -- (1/11)
As someone who has felt like an outsider to politics for most of my life, I was used to my opinions rarely, if ever, being represented by our elected officials. (2/11)
I am a product of Maine in the #90s. I grew up in Westbrook, listening to Immortal Technique, Wu-Tang, and Mos Def. My community saw #policebrutality, and it wasn’t often recorded on video. We experienced #stopandfrisk daily for no apparent reason. (3/11)
