Gonna be starting a workout thread to motivate myself to exercise!
I have a specific regimen in place that I've tuned to my skill level (which is zero), which I call the Inosuke Regimen. I'm going to do this twice a day, and this regimen includes:
- 30 sit ups
- 10 moving planks
- 30 second jog in place
- 30 jumping jacks
- 10 push ups
I know it's not much, but I'm a total beginner when it comes to exercise so I'm starting from the bottom!!
I'm also doing some work from home on my treadmill, and I'll occasionally go out for a bike ride or walk outside.
I'll update this thread any time I do any of those!
