It’s ok: Your Passover Seder doesn’t have to be the way you’re used to.
It’s ok: If you don’t know how to do the Seder, you can literally just read the Haggada out loud and follow the instructions.
It’s ok: You don’t have to understand it.
It’s ok: You can do it in English.
It’s ok: You can have questions and not have ready answers or people to turn to for them.
It’s ok: We are in the middle of a global crisis, and so you might not be able to get everything you “need” for Seder. Ashkenazim didn’t have traditional maror for, like, centuries. Now horseradish is traditional!
It’s ok: You don’t have to sing if you don’t know how or don’t want to.
It’s ok: You can have a Seder without Zoom. Actually it’s probably better that way.
It’s ok: You don’t have to do anything “new” or “fun” or “political.” The traditional liturgy worked just fine for Jews around the world for centuries.
It’s ok: You are allowed to have your emotions, whether that means loneliness, nostalgia, fear, or grief. The Seder is supposed to evoke emotion.
