Today I walked a factory floor where dozens of New Yorkers of Asian heritage were sewing the surgical gowns that will protect hospital workers. I let them know how thankful I was, and how proud I was to be there with them.

In the midst of this crisis, we've seen discrimination and hatred directed at our Asian American community. It’s sickening. We will use the full force of the law to protect people.
