We needed no bible to tell us right from wrong because our creator (uMdali) made a way for us to learn basic values of ubuNtu before we could even learn to speak. Who we would become depended more on the life givers of everyone on earth, the African woman & her wisdom....

Who she was or is will definitely show in your own being but it doesn’t stop there, all good & bad traits are passed on to you and 5 or more of your generations too so you must learn to cultivate the good in you and from you more than the bad coz it will affect your own children.

As we sleep tonight, try to pause and reflect on your life and ask these questions:

1) What positive and negative traits were passed to you from your ancestors & more importantly your mom?

2) What traits r you developing now?

3) What will you pass on to your next generation?

Be frank with yourself & do make a decision to have kids or the next generation that will look up to you as an example and be proud of instilling values and knowledge into their systems that they will thank you for, all their lives.
