So a week ago to day as I was coming to an end of my 7 day self isolation (after having mild symptoms) thing took a turn for the worst.

I suddenly got a very high temperature and fainted.
Fortunately my wife heard me hit the floor and came up stairs to investigate.

I had regained consciousness when the paramedics came up. They got straight to work, giving me oxygen, taking my blood pressure and fitting me with a drip.

I was taken to hospital (a and e) for tests. Turns out I was dehydrated.
I was kept in for around 6 hours.

My wife (my saviour) came and picked me up and told me "I thought that was it. You were in such a state when you left in the ambulance I thought you weren& #39;t coming home".

The point of this thread is first to thank the #NHS staff and the paramedics who treated me.
Also drink plenty of water while in isolation.
You probably don& #39;t know feel thirsty but trust me dehydration can happen really quickly.
