I won't be wearing a mask. Here's why:

1. I could not keep up the change-out/sterilization protocol and would be a danger to everyone, including myself.

2. Social distancing is better.

3. We will have other health problems down the road if we all wear masks all the time.
There are a variety of peer reviewed papers in medical journals, including one from a controlled study in Vietnam, which indicate wearing cloth masks increases the risk of respiratory infection and does not significantly reduce risk of non airborne viral infections.
Further, I believe that our medical professionals are now saying "sure, go ahead, wear a mask" as a response to public confusion and fear, whipped up and promoted by the press.

Someone needs to bookmark this situation and revisit it in the aftermath.
Because it should go in the "how not to behave during a health crisis" column.
I am not a medical professional. I have no qualifications whatsoever to dispense medical or health advice. Please do not take this as advice, this is simply me saying what *I* an going to do and explaining why.
