Here& #39;s what& #39;s really bothering me about David& #39;s Twitter meltdown and him still being employed by Bernie& #39;s campaign

(a small thread coming - small)

1) Women can& #39;t behave like in our jobs and if we do there are strong repercussions. We& #39;re not offered an opportunity to be a victim
Most of you know I investigate financial crimes and was just promoted to VP within a dept & still doing the work. I get paid very nicely but I& #39;m sure not as much as David Sirota is getting paid.

If I dared to have that emotional reaction to any aspect of my job - I wouldn& #39;t have
it or my team would have serious fucking doubts about me.

I& #39;m routinely threatened. I& #39;ve had to wear bullet proof vests to work, financial crimes can involve drugs and weapons and I& #39;m routinely working with US Marshals, the DEA, etc...and it& #39;s already a fucking battle
For them to even trust a woman ,especially one who is 32 years old. It& #39;s a man& #39;s world in my line of work - but I do it. But in no way would I have a job if I behaved in anyway like David.

"People being me to me on Twitter"

Well bitch, I have a guy in rikers who murdered 3
People and writes me weekly telling me I& #39;m next. I& #39;m not throwing a goddamn pity party

Now my job is definitely different than others but women face multitude of issues in the work place- sexism, racism, discrimination, the list goes on - and you think if they behaved like David
They would still be employed?

Bernie& #39;s campaign is a dumpster fire. David& #39;s Twitter meltdown & him forever acting like a victim makes him a little bitch.

Women could never EVER get away with the same behavior David displayed last night. Not in any professional capacity. Ever.
TLDR: David Sirota acted like a little bitch last night on Twitter and still has his job.

Women - in a professional setting would never get a pass if they behaved how David did last night.

David Sirota is a little bitch.
