Yesterday, I had the biggest scare of the whole quarantine season.
I nearly lost my boy PJ.
He flew out of his coop to a building across the way, on the 4th floor. They had a net and he couldn& #39;t fly inside. He just held onto the windowsill.

I could still see him. I could call out to him. But he was too far, there was no way to reach him unless we went to the apartment.
A stranger& #39;s apartment. During quarantine.
I spent 2 hours calling him back. Multiple times it looked like he was gonna fall or fly away.

Eventually, we didn& #39;t see any way. My sister went there, she cut a hole in the net and helped him get inside. I got him back. He& #39;s fine. He was scared and shaken, and so was I.
I& #39;m still processing it all. The moment he dashed past me through the open door my blood froze. Just like that, so suddenly, he could& #39;ve flown away and probably died.
I don& #39;t know why I& #39;m making this thread, to be frank. I& #39;m just happy he& #39;s safe again. Hug your pets, everyone.
