Let's review the job Coumo has done in NYC.

The New York lockdown has been loosely enforced and i'll planned. They haven't taken steps like staggering business hours to reduce congestion and have been inconsistent in messaging and enforcement.

Masks. There should be a concerted effort at this point to get masks to everyone in NY. The first part is getting people to produce masks (an effort withing the governor's powers) the second is to enforce getting everyone to wear them.

Testing. We know that California and Germany are doing sampling testing to great effect. Stanford is implementing a covid-19 questionnaire online.
New York is still pushing mass testing which is going to fail at their current capacities.

Policy. Coumo reversed prison reforms during the pandemic that would alleviate outbreaks.
