Every day from now until the the first regular New Comic Book Day on the other end of this crisis, I am going to post a page from my @boomstudios sci-fi/horror adventure series, THE WOODS. There are roughly 800 pages, so I’m not likely to run out… #ReadTheWoods (1/???)
THE WOODS ran for 36 issues, from 2014-2017. It was co-created and drawn by @theWoodenKing, the first two years were colored by Josan Gonzalez, it was all lettered by @eDukeDW. Our fearless editors were @eharburn and @JasAmiri. #ReadTheWoods (2/???)
It won the 2016 GLAAD Media Award for Outstanding Comic Book. It is currently in development for TV with Universal Cable Productions. Michael and I are deep into production on a new project called WYND, which is currently scheduled to launch later this year. #ReadTheWoods (3/???)
I’m going to start with the first cover, and the first two pages, to get us going. If you’re impatient, the series is currently available in 3 thick Yearbook Volumes. Call your LCS and see if they can send you a copy!! But anyways… Let’s get this started. #ReadTheWoods (4/???)
