working on the internet and in digital media has taught me this very important lesson: keep it simple. everything needs to be as accessible as possible.
when you start overproducing content for the internet it becomes harder to use, less fun, and most importantly, less accessible. and with a persistent digital divide amongst race, class and those intersections,
you can’t afford to make content people can’t access.
you can’t afford to make content people can’t access.
sometimes i feel like people forget the initial appeal of the internet/digital media was that there was a vast world of content that could be accessed at the click of a button. even with all of the innovation the simplicity is STILL what makes it so appealing.
