You see it all the time in politics. Right now it’s Bernie, last election it was Trump, and formerly Obama.

How many times do you have to watch the cycle play out and jump from one messiah to the next before you become aware? Some people never do

This isn’t just present in politics. Look at sports too. Every draft, every year, Cleveland Browns and New York Jets fans are looking for the guy who’s going to delivery them from years of shit

And in the same fashion that they create a savior, they also create their devil.
