As I'm thrilled as I am at seeing people and communities coming together, it would be foolish to ignore the challenges ahead, for example:
~ education disparities will widen even more;
~ workplace inequality (pay, discrimination, inclusion and diversity, et al) will get worse;

~ mental health issues will impact people, communities, and workplaces for years to come;
~ groups that were adversely impacted before the pandemic (e.g., disabled folks, the poor, immigrants, Native Americans) will be further hurt.

I don't have any answers for how to address these widespread issues. I just know that we must do our best to tackle them, together.
