What is art?

A very important thread everyone should see

I see alot of my friends come to me to talk about how insecure their art is...Now what os the definition of art...Think about it...we think some people are good at art and some people are bad...Just because their style doesn't suit our eye?

Art. This is whart art means , so since when did you start to say what is right and what is wrong about art? Art is just something that lets your creativity flow , your mind flourish as you convey those ideas or pictures onto paper

There is no wrong or right way for art , there are only different styles and different techniques to achieve these styles but at the end of the day there is no wrong or right to art , some art is more appealing to the eye like these: (art not mine)

That might be less appealing to the eye but it doesn't make it wrong. Why follow the same techniques and styles that everyone uses when you can create your own style of art as there is no correct way of art

I just felt the need to say this , especially since people are being graded on art in school. Be you , art your way , create your own style , be different and unique !

Anyway basically ; art is art there is no wrong or right way to art . Do you , be you , create whatever the fuck you want. Who gives a fuck if mainstream media likes it or not , all that matters is that it's YOUR creation.
