The vision connects the Adriatic Sea, Baltic Sea, and Black Sea and is a strategic project.

Mocking or aggressive responses, especially from western commentators, are telling about the West’s attitude to Central and Eastern Europe.

There is a genuine fear that we might actually organise and work together as a block, threatening Franco-German hegemony in Europe.
