Is the government planning to pool in the nursing and other staff from the non-COVID hospitals in order to provide some relief to the staff currently working 24 hours tirelessly; can’t the duty roasters be modified while dealing with the extraordinary situation?

As the routine rush to the hospitals is low, indicating the revenue generation will automatically be low—what is govt going to deal with the employees appointed under HDF? Their salaries are being paid out of the revenue that the hospitals generate.

Instead of re-hiring the retired docs and paramedics, why can't the govt hire thousands of unemployed docs across J&K? Who is going man the upcoming Fever Clinics, the manpower is already short?
